Shipping & Processing Times

We work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days within the U.S.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high demand, or unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any delays, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality control, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund your item.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours. It is the customers responsibility to keep current addresses on file. Should your package be undeliverable due to incorrect addresses and/or expired forwarding mail you are responsible for any fees associated with re-shipping the product to you.

Giving Back: 10% of all profits are donated to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, helping provide care, rehabilitation, and advocacy for rescued elephants. Every purchase makes a real difference in protecting these gentle giants.
